Syntax and Semantics Are Important

An interesting article on marketing versus reality on HTML5.

It has been my opinion that HTML, the language written over 30 years by committee and pushy individuals, is less than perfect.

I’d rather see XML period. A markup language in XML would be semantically correct, and syntactically consistent.

Until then, market me this 🙂
